Sunbelt Solvent Dyes

Sunbelt Corporation offers a wide range of solvent dyes for your ink applications. We offer both our Morfast® line of true liquid solvent dyes and our Navipon® line of powdered solvent dyes. Both product lines offer a full range of colors, high quality, and low insoluble to give you the sharpest colors for your inks. Typical uses include solvent-based markers and pens, industrial inkjet printing, fishing line, barcode printing, carpet and rug backing, as well as many others.

Our Morfast® line of solvent dyes are synthesized by Sunbelt Corporation in our company owned plant. These dyes are synthesized as true liquid dyes. Meaning they are not powders dissolved in a solvent, but the molecular structure of the dyes is such that the dyes are liquid by nature. This means a very low percentage of insolubles, and ease of mixing into your ink base.

If you prefer a powered option, our Navipon® powder dyes have a high percentage of solubility in in a wide range of solvents including most glycols and alcohols. Navipon® dyes provide excellent light fastness, and in a range of brilliant shades.
