Liquid Dyes for Lubricants

Sunbelt’s line of Navipol® liquid dyes for lubricants provide a cost effective and efficient alternative to traditional powder dyes.  Our dyes are formulated as a true liquid, not a powder dissolved in a liquid carrier.  This provides ease of mixing and consistency in your grease or lubrication products.   Our Navipol® line of liquid dyes withstand high temperatures and, in many cases, last for the lifetime of the lubricant until the next change. They also provide superior thermal stability and shear resistance. The dosing rate is 50-200 ppm for lubricant oils and around 500 ppm for greases and waxes, depending on the base color and desired hue of the finished product.  Navipol® HF liquid dyes for lubricants are provided in a high flash mineral oil.  If you are looking for a more environmentally friendly option, our line of low carbon Navipol® HF Specials, are formulated in either a Soy or Palm oil base.  The Navipol® HF Special line meets the more stringent standards of Low Carbon Fuel Emission Standards, now required by many states and countries.
